- The item must be returned in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and cleaning cloths.

2. Glasses
a. Non-Defective Glasses
- Return Period: 7 days from the delivery date.

- Policy Details: Due to the custom nature of lenses, we offer a full refund or store credit for prescription glasses returned within 7 days. Frames and lenses must be in their original, unused condition. If the glasses have been used or show signs of wear, a restocking fee of 20% may apply.
- Remakes: If the lenses were made incorrectly due to an error on our part, we will remake the lenses at no additional cost.
b. Defective Glasses

a. Unopened Boxes

- Policy Details: Unopened, unexpired boxes of contact lenses can be returned within 7 days for a full refund or exchange. The packaging must be intact, and the lenses must be in their original, sealed condition.
b. Opened Boxes
